Guitarists, time to flex those fingers. Drummers, warm up your kick pedals. Vocalists, start doing your pitch exercises. Today, we’re extremely pleased to announce the addition of another international band to the RockGamer Studios family, and would like you to join us in welcoming Finnish symphonic metal group Amberian Dawn to the line-up! Their songs “River of Tuoni” and “He Sleeps In A Grove” will be available later this fall for Rock Band players to download via the Rock Band Network.
Since 2006, Amberian Dawn has been blowing audiences away with their extremely technical blend of symphonic metal and operatic vocals. Their debut album, “River of Tuoni”, was released in 2008 to great acclaim, and earlier this year they released their sophomore effort entitled “The Clouds of Northland Thunder” via Ascendance Records in Europe, KHY Suomen Musiikki in Finland and Marquee Avalon in Japan & Asia. Led by their composer, keyboard and guitar virtuoso Tuomas Seppälä, and fronted by the amazingly beautiful and talented vocalist and lyricist Heidi Parviainen, their powerful songs will grab you and leave you breathless.
The band is currently preparing for their second European tour, where they will be joined by Epica and Sons of Seasons. For more information on Amberian Dawn, please be sure to check out their website and their Myspace page. We’re very excited to work with them and bring their music to a worldwide audience through the Rock Band Network!
