THE MOTH COMPLEX is a US based, high energy, female fronted pop/rock band and the life-love of Irish born singer, Aoife O'Leary (pronounced "EE'fa").
Aoife began Moth Complex, dubbed MX by the bands' die-hard fans, in her hometown of Dublin, Ireland - writing songs with producer/engineer, Gerry Owens, and defining a sound that combines powerful pop sensibilities with bruising rock, all complimenting Aoife's powerful and gentle voice.
2010 brings the busiest year for Moth Complex so far. The band set out on an extensive US Tour in the Spring and will be shooting a video in NYC for their first single with Dale "Rage" Resteghini (Fall Out Boy, Diddy, Guns N Roses, Soulja Boy) later in the year.
